XL Chocolate Chip Cookie

Perfect XL cookie for your XL Ninja Foodi. Bake without heating up the house on a hot day! Serves 4-6.


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4-1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup or slightly less white sugar

1/2 cup canola oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Nonstick cooking spray

8 inch round Ninja baking pan

Reversible rack in low position


DIRECTIONS:


Preheat Ninja at 325° for 5 minutes under the Air Fry Slider and select the Bake/Roast function. Push the Start/Stop button to begin the preheat.


Meanwhile, in 1 bowl mix the dry ingredients, and in a 2nd bowl, thoroughly combine the sugars and the remaining wet ingredients with a hand mixer.


Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Be sure it's fully combined, but don't over mix.

Stir in chocolate chips.


Spread batter evenly in lightly sprayed pan. Place pan on lower position rack and put both inside your preheated Ninja pot. Be sure the temperature is set at 325° for 21 minutes and still set on Bake/Roast. Select Start/Stop.


When the timer is up, remove the rack with the pan from the Ninja pot using oven mitts!

Allow to cool for 15 minutes.

You can loosen the edges with a flexible, rubber spatula and invert on to a plate to serve or leave it in the pan. Do NOT use any metal utensils, as they can scratch and damage your non-stick cookware.
