Fresh Atlantic Salmon on a cedar plank is one of our favorites. A healthy, tender filet that yields a delicate smoky flavor from a cedar plank on the grill. Dinner is ready in just 15-18 minutes!

STEPS/INGREDIENTS:

- 1 presoaked cedar plank (soak in water for at least 1 - 2 hours.)

- Preheat grill to medium (350°)

- 1 pound fresh salmon with

- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 2 tsp McCormick Applewood rub

- Course salt for plank

DIRECTIONS:

- Cut salmon portion in half (for two

servings)

- Rinse under cold water & pat dry

- Rub olive oil on filets

- Season each piece of salmon with

the McCormick rub

- Place the salmon, skin side down

on the plank dusted with course

salt (this allows ease in removing

the fish from the plank after

cooking.)

- Place plank on the preheated grill

and close the lid.

- Keep a spray bottle of water nearby incase there are any flare- ups.

- Grill for 15-18 minutes (salmon

should flake easily with a fork)

- Turn off grill and move fish from

the plank to a plate with a spatula

- Serve with your favorite vegetable

or salad.
