Microwaved Egg White Omelette

Easy to prepare, quick, and healthy! Who could ask for more?

Makes 1 serving


INGREDIENTS:


2 egg whites

2 Tbsp diced green pepper

2 Tbsp diced onion

Small custard bowl or cup

A dash of pepper


DIRECTIONS:


Crack two eggs, adding only the egg whites to the bowl or cup.

Whisk and add in a few tablespoonfuls each of diced peppers and onions. Whisk again.

Place in microwave for 1 min.

and 15 sec.

Done! Enjoy!
