Italian Seasoned Green Beans

Turn ordinary green beans into a zesty flavor you'll crave for time and time again with Italian seasonings, garlic, onions, and tomatoes. A great side with any main dish. No salt needed. Serves 4-6.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 Oz can seasoned, diced tomatoes
1 tsp dry basil, crushed
DIRECTIONS:
In a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and saute the onions until tender for about 5 minutes.
Add in the washed and trimmed green beans with a couple Tbsp water and continue to saute and stir for 5 minutes.
Now add in remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Lower heat to a simmer and cover with a lid to allow flavors to mingle for the next 30 minutes or until green beans are tender. Stirring only occasionally. Delicious!
