Canola Oil vs Butter

HOLD EVERYTHING!!!

Don't bake, fry or marinate with butter.

Use canola oil instead!

Keep your heart and arteries healthy by using canola. Here's the comparison:


If a recipe calls for 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup), use 1/3 cup or 6 Tbsp of canola as a substitute instead.


Convert in this manner:

1 cup butter = 3/4 cup canola

3/4 cup butter = 2/3 cup canola

1/2 cup butter = 1/3 cup canola
